i think this trade is pretty much a way to start cleaning up the cap and get a few bonus picks to boot.

This team is simply not ready to win right now. If we were still competitive and a playoff team, I would 100% want to keep Lattimore. But this has to be done. This is only the beginning of what should be a long rebuilding process.

this is more a cap move with some picks thrown in. i'm interested to see how much of his 31mil cap hit next year theyre taking on. it's not always all of it because of prorated bonuses, etc.
