i think its because it has to be after 2 minutes for th clock to stop when a player runs out of bounds. i'm probably wrong, but that's all i can think of

seriously? confused. i know there's some dumb rule in college re out of bounds and two minutes, but what am i missing here. he went out of bounds with 2:05 left, and the fricking clock ran down to 2min warning.
