Wow, that seems like a pretty high spread for a team that has eeked out two last second wins. I know the game is at home but the Cards aren't awful. They beat a good Detroit team and have weapons on both sides of the ball. I think the Saints win but I don't know they cover. I see a close one but we hold on to win.

Saints 27-Cardinals 24. Your thoughts?

I would take the cards, I see us winning by a touchdown.

I honestly would bet the Cardinals - they are a solid team and should be comfortable indoors.

Saints 30 Cardinals 24

Divisional games tend to be close despite how good the individual teams are. Winning those back to back is hard, so that's a good sign. Throw in the game is at home, and the Cardinals have a hard time covering TE's, I think it could get out of hand.

Yea -9 is a bit high but if our run game finally shows up I could see a blowout. If we have to rely on throwing the ball against that ball hawking secondary, it could be much closer. Id say Saints 30-20 or something like that

Aside from their overrated dbs and poor oline they are talented. I think we win 27-23

I typed "Carson Palmer" into Google translate and in Latin it came back as "Not Winner".

they were looking a lot better against STL in Week 1 too.

but they blew a 24-13 lead in the 4th quarter I think.

think the Saints don't cover,

Saints 27
Cards 20

I think offensive line clicks and gives up less pressure. I'm going with ingram gets 40 yards on 7 carries with a long of 22. cam jordan and junior get 1 sack a piece and wilson gets his first sack of the year. I also think vaccaro makes his first pick and palmer throws for 2 picks and 2 TD's (I'd say 3 picks and 1 TD if fitz is out)

32-14 Saints to continue the trend towards a dominating defense

Back in the dome, Brees hasnt had that game yet. I can see the saints covering this one 38-21

Vegas thinks we will roll the Cardinals. Doesn't surprise me. I wouldn't bet this matchup either way.

The Saints never cover the spread.

Saints 31
Cardinals 24

then again we could go beast mode with no Fitz, so

Saints 34
Cardinals 17

I think 9 is a bit high also.
Thing is...IF our O can find the track (like it did in the first half Sunday) I think we can cover the spread.
My concern is that the run game has to click better in order for our O to purr. The Cards are near the top in Rush D. Game will be won in the trench - our OL must get better.

Palmer is hot garbage. Our D helps cover the spread. Saints 34 cards 24.

No question, I'd take the points. Like others have said, this is a 7 point game.

that should work.

the Saints were fortunate in the Tampa game, I mean the Bucs constantly shot themselves in the foot with penalties. The Bucs have a solid secondary and I think that had to do more with the O's struggles the other day more than anything else. When I went back and watched the game again, that is what I thought anyway. Their LB's were also up to the job as well.

the Cards have been tough against the run but the offenses they've faced don't have the best run game either.

so far, the Saints haven't looked good in the run game either but damn if they don't abandon it, I like that though. Eventually I think that will start to pay off. We've won the time of possession in both games so far this season. If we can be more effective with the running game then yeah, I think we open up a can on these dudes. But that is a BIG IF right now.
