This is a loser mentality. They have to get a guy in here that can really lead a team. A guy that demands discipline. Hell, an entire coaching staff that actually puts a well coached team on the field. You keep Allen you're doing irreparable harm to this franchise.

No competent coach will want to come here knowing that we are in cap hell and our draft capital is in the negative. You would be putting yourself behind the 8 ball before even having a chance to show how good of a coach you are. Why do you think Payton rolled out. He knew what was about to happen. Amd that's why he will probably land with the Chargers. They have a great young QB and a stud on defense.

that will never happen while he is here. loomis does the deals but DA tells him to do whatever it takes to win now just to save his job. so we will give away our 2025 1st round pick in this draft, along with our 2nd and 3rd this year and next year, just to move up to the 1st round and reach for a guy, who we can definitely use, but we dont absolutely need to trade up for to get
