I think you're going for "cut ties" or "cut your losses".

The saying is "fish or cut bait". In other words, work or help me work, do something.

Hey, look random idiot with Tiger in his name, this is the Saints Talk. Here we actually try to explain our logic when we post something, unlike on the Rant. Please specify which O-Lineman sucks?

BDLP is upgradable for sure. Grubbs may not be worth his price tag next year. Strief is serviceable, Brown is upgradable hopefully by terron.

Can we trade him back to Alabama for a lineman or linebacker?

Hey look....a-hole that i've never had a conversation with before attempting to condescend me for no fricking reason. Since the run game is non existent, and Brees is getting touched way too much, I think any of them could be upgraded. Who tha frick pissed in your cheerios?

He's been a huge disappointment. Saw him thrown on his arse at least twice last game and I wasn't even watching the line as much as usual this game. I'm not sure which disappoints me the most about Grubbs, his lack of physicality or his poor technique. When the defensive line runs a twist, where at the snap the blocking assignments have to switch on the fly - more than one time I've seen Grubbs take the wrong guy (on the right) and DLP is left protecting an empty gap. As a result the unblocked lineman shoots up the empty B gap to kill Brees. Defenses are doing this right off the bat to us, which tells me they've all seen it too in film study.

It was a stupid statement. Saying the entire line is bad is a completely overreaching remark. Lack of running game could have to do with play calling and pre-snap reads. Yes, Brees getting touched is usually the line's fault, but sometimes it's just a well-executed blitz and a RB/TE didn't chip his block. It could be a coverage sack on a play that takes too long to develop down-field. There are a myriad of explanations for two very common problems in an offense. I was just saying back up the sh*t you have to say.

Our line sucks this year. It's the one part of the team that will prevent us from getting past tough teams in the playoffs. Drew is working miracles back there. Brown has been okay but not worth too many fricks. Grubbs has been mostly pretty horrible with slight mediocre mixed here and there. Jahri has been hurt and off most of year. BDLP is mediocre on his best days and sometimes pretty bad. Strief is okay but pretty consistent. He's a notch below stinchcomb back in the day.

trade deadline tmrw

The Giants look like the team that could use him most IMO. He might actually prosper more there in a different/scheme role.

Besides getting a draft pick they are heavily rumored to be open to trading Hakeem Nicks. He's in a contract year.

As far as who else is being shopped they might consider Washington TE Fred Davis depending on what the outlook/risk is for Graham's foot.
