We've reached that time of the year, usually around Week 10, where Ian Rapoport comes on with some random Saints breaking news story. Usually it's about Sean Payton coaching elsewhere, this year it's Drew.

How about a less ambiguous title?

Saints unsure if they want Brees next year or something like that.

Title makes it sound like he has a secret injury or something.

Lmao frick this guy. Brees is the most accurate QB in the NFL this year and pretty much every other year.

Drew Brees’ Adjusted Net Yards per Attempt (accounts for TD, INT, sacks) is 7.91. That’s 4th-best in NFL; 3rd-best for Brees’ career.

So the guy leading the league in accuracy is having trouble with accuracy. Sounds serious.

Even if he's not as good as he's once been he's still better than 3/4 of the QBs in the league
