Make he has read the rule book. Make sure he knows the OT rules.

The top target all along, Kubiak’s hire gives coach Dennis Allen a rising play-caller who was coveted by several other teams.

Feels good to be the poacher rather than the poachee for once.

Can someone explain exactly what Kubiak did with 49”ers?

So he didn’t call the plays , that was Kyle. I’m just not 100% knowledgeable on passing game coordinator duties when someone else calls the plays.

Hopefully Kubiak is the opposite of Shanahan and actually gives his star RB the ball in important games.

I would assume basically Pete’s role with Sean, a step below OC. No telling his exact duties because that will vary from team to team.

There could be different reasons for handing out that title; promotions, etc

Nobody is saying that, but to Allen’s credit this is a good move.

If he helped play design, that is also a big component.

You saw how vanilla and predictable PC's offense was, hopefully he brings some SF wrinkles and not just the stupidity.

I hope he has a reason to know them.

Do you honestly think he would have taken the job if he didn't think he had a QB he could work with in Carr?

McDaniels spent 4 years with the 49ers. Kubiak only 1 year. Hopefully he learned a lot in a year lol
