As long as this is true I feel we will do well in the draft.

If you really think that none of these QB will be bonafide starters in the league you are not very apt. I would put money on Pickett and Ridder being dudes at the NFL level.

This is a huge fact.
Also add Deshaun Watson and Lamaar Jackson to the list. People on here were melting down at the thought of taking either of them.

I don’t recall Mayfield being the #1 QB that draft. The browns just did what the browns do and drafted the guy they liked the most. He was significantly shorter then some of the other top QBs….while that doesn’t necessarily mean he won’t be good…. IMO just hard to use a #1 pick on someone that doesn’t pass the eye test and has the measurables

I’d have been ecstatic with either Mahomes or especially Watson. The latter was one of my favorite recent college QBs and had all the intangibles imo, which he’s shown in the league too albeit with not great teams around him.
I just don’t see that in any QB in this class. At best I think they’re failed starters that wind up as career backups.
