That makes @Carolina that much less intimidating

I wouldn’t be surprised if they sat Allen in the coming weeks to preserve him.

Dan Quinn, Raheem Morris, Dirk Koeter, Mike Mularkey and Ron Rivera will lead the Falcons to a 5-11 season next year, you guys just wait and see. Hell, they may even bring back Mike Smith for an analyst position.

Rivera is a good coach and will definitely have other opportunities.
Sometimes a change of scenery works out for the best.
His teams were always tough to play and a tough out for the Saints.
Won't miss him in the division!

I think the Panthers just downgraded and whoever gets the job will inherit a QB mess.

The Bucs are in a similar spot, until they make a decision on Winston they are not a threat. And if you move on from Winston who do you get that's better?

Falcons and Quinn always play NO tough and no matter who the coach is it's an intense game. Ryan is still better than most teams QB situation. They've had some bad breaks with injuries to key guys on defense last two years. Offensive line needs to improve.

Not mad about this.

Rivera was a thorn in the side for us every year.

I always thought Rivera was a solid coach who was overrated by the media. He is also a guy who lost his former MVP QB all season and was axed before the end. I guess new owner really wants his own guy.

He has been completely handcuffed the last two years with the Newton situation on offense and a bad GM situation

Rivera is a solid coach and I wont miss him because of it
