So I live in Raleigh and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a fan base happier about a loss. These people are celebrating the fact that their pass interference challenge caused the call to be overturned. They are actually celebrating losing this game. I’ve never been happy about losing a game and it must really be miserable to celebrate losses. It’s hilarious to me that all these fan bases act like they wouldn’t be upset about what happened to the saints in the NFC championship. Like as saints fans we should just take it since we had another chance to win the game. They are slowly getting up there with my falcons hate. I really hope they let Cam go and he just crushes it for another team.

They had it first and goal and still couldn’t put it in the end zone...

I was waiting for another flag to come out to see if they would get a fresh set of downs..

and it did, surprisingly they picked it up...

Ref crews like that are why the NFL is losing ratings every year. Nobody wants to watch a field full of fricking laundry. There's no momentum in the game, constant huddles for refs, slows everything down. Even worse, not only do the refs dictate the outcome of the game, they're not consistent with the calls. They should be fined and suspended from the league for the shite show yesterday.

Carolina should be ashamed they couldn't win a football game with all the ref help they got yesterday. Just quit every game on the remainder of the season because your team fricking sucks.

Are they celebrating the fact their team sucks so bad that given 7 opportunities from inside the 5 yard line, they couldn't score a single point?

It’s great to see the divisional rivals celebrating moral victories instead of actual team success. Put this up with Atlanta’s “We Dat” shirts that were printed in honor of getting win #2 in week 10.

I agree 100% with this statement.
The NFL has got to do something with the officiating.

An AFC team. One we won’t see for four years (JAX, TEN, or IND).

when your team is such a dumpster fire that you celebrate any little victory such as getting a call go your way, its polite to not laugh at them

The NFL knows that there is NO need to worry about obvious bad calls that affect the outcomes of playoff games because the resulting fall out is always the same : ONE pissed off franchise counter-balanced by 31 franchises that are laughing at the sad fate of the one pissed off franchise.

The NFL has absolutely no reason to do anything other than continue to do whatever is necessary to maximize profits for their entertainment product.

I live in Charlotte and have many Panthers fan friends. That's not how any of them took this game. They hate the Saints more than any team and wanted nothing more than to ruin our potential #1 seed. No one that I've talked to cared about moral victories. Charlotte is a very weird city due to the large number of transplants, but there's still a pretty large fan base for the Panthers here that really wants to see this team win (my kids included).

I live outside Greenville SC- 17 miles from Clemson- tons of Panther fans here- they really dislike the a Saints. The feeling is mutual.
