Easy. It was widely reported that the Vikings were going to draft Davenport. Hence the reason why the Saints treads up.

Cause someone brought up a player that many said was a reach and turned out to be good. So I said do Davenport now as another example.

Odd pick for sure as CB is such a need right now. It has me wondering...maybe the Saints feel like they have Richard Sherman signed after the Draft.
I kind of have a weird feeling that they are going to trade up in the 2nd and 3rd, acquire the highest levels of talent they can out of this Draft and maybe even move back into these rounds after they pick.
I honestly have no idea who Turner is. I've never heard of him. But that doesn't mean he isn't good or worthy. It just means I'm a guy on the internet who loves his football team.

That is the exact opposite of what we should do. We should be very aggressive moving up for the players we want that will have a designed role. This draft is very strong in the 30-75 range I expect us to have 2 picks in that area.

Apparently teams are still waiting on JOK’s medicals, meanwhile teams got Turners medicals back yesterday clearing him of any concerns.
