The others will go to the ps and we can stash them as depth there as needed. No one is likely to claim them.

Biggest surprises (which aren't that big really) are keeping 3 qbs, keeping Welch, and keeping Mike Reid.
I know Welch was doing well but thought he'd just be on the ps until they needed another te. I definitely didn't pay enough attention to Reid so not really sure how well he played overall.
I also didn't pay enough attention to Rumph to see if he was actually transitioning to more of a stand up LB as previously stated, so I guess that went well enough that they can keep him as a hybrid.

Way to fly the flag on Rattler. Went from guaranteed starter, future star way better than Shough, to fighting Zach Wilson to a draw in preseason, while Moore was so terrified of a Shough injury and actually having to play Rattler again that he didn’t let Shough touch the field in preseason.

Not to mention also keeping Wilson as well as Rattler, signaling that the incumbency means very little and Wilson with more time in the system and very legitly about to be the top backup.

Has some drop issues but has shown he can get open and blocks pretty well.
If he can cut out the drops he'll be a keeper. Not expecting a super high ceiling but maybe eventually a 600-800 yards a year TE.

I don’t have to move the goal posts because I don’t have a dog in this fight. But teams drop their rosters to 53, then make additional moves in the week up to game 1 all the time.
