Because I feel as treylon burks is better. and if olave was off the board then you still have burks.

Nobody thinks that. Burks can’t get separation like Olave. Burks isn’t bad, but I see him as a slot possession guy. Olave is quick and technically sound. Great compliment to MT13.

Payton kept dismissing the need and now we just gave up 2 drafts for a WR.

Holy crap. We gave up two entire drafts for a receiver?! For real?

Chris olave is a good pick but could have gotten a better pick in Jameson Williams who got height, speed and good hands. OLAVE only got good hands compared to Jameson

Now trade back

We got a top 7 talent in Olave.

I'm fine trading back a few times, unless Penning is there at 19

No, the Lions pick swapped rounds 1 and 2 then gave up a third. For a huge jump after we gave up a third and fourth for 5 spots lol

I forgot who it was but one of the analytical draft analysts came up with a method of grading WR football IQ and some sort of mental work ethic and had really good success showing WR success. Olave got a A and B and was one of the highest scorers. Jameson got a C- and F

Still think Olave is there at 16?

Hell yeah

No way. Eagles would have taken him before us. Somebody else would have likely grabbed him before that though.

Have to think we can fleece a team and trade back at 19.

Was a great trade up. I would take that all day every day.

Exactly. Saints are terrible at moving up. Love the player absolutely hate how much it cost.

Lol. Williams transferred from tOSU because he couldn’t beat out Wilson or Olave for a starting spot. There’s a reason those guys both got drafted before he did.

He got an A in the blue collar/coach’s son/lunchpale to work category. Good pick.

Olave is like 10 lbs heavier, an inch shorter and ran a sub 4.4

Goodell has turned the draft into a farce.
