Yes. He's made some throws that he is supposed to make but is missing the smart plays and missing open receivers for TD's.
Not to mention prior to the dink and dunk on the last drive, he was in the 40's for completion percentage.

The adjustment was going up tempo and not holding the ball for 2 minutes. One or two reads and sling it.
