I just wanted to start a thread to say that I don’t like the tone some of you all are using to talk about Mrs. Benson.
She has dedicated her entire life to this city. She does not deserve any abuse by anyone on a message board.

She's not capable of doing her part in this effort...as nice as she may be.
As such, she has a GM / President that isn't capable of running the show...which led to this hire.
This is going to get worse before it gets better. And, in my opinion, I don't think there is anyone in the franchise right now capable of turning it around.
