He’s our guy. Book it. Low production to match. The perfect draft choice.

EDIT: See below, it a perfect 10

This dude has superstar potential. This is one of those guys I’d never be comfortable with and if we do pass on him you can bet all the cuck boys will make a thread every time he makes a play on the field.

I’ve seen mocks with us getting him with our 2nd. Not enough on field production for me. Plus he had two other guys next to him that will get drafted early.

He should have been dominating in college. Way to much risk to pick at 9.

If this guy played for Central Michigan or Tennessee-Chattanooga, Mickey would probably trade a few picks up just to secure him.

Not at 9, but the perfect candidate to use a future 1st to get back into the bottom part of the 1st round

I would say his potential will get Mickey fired but you know...

These reasons have Mickey drooling over this dude. He is the perfect pick for our annual "project/first round pick". Never forget the soon to be ring of honor recipient, 2nd round pick Stanley Jean-Baptiste!

He’ll probably go tip 10 now. Lotta teams will be hot on him

Some positive 2024 underlying pass rush numbers for Shemar Stewart in this *entire* edge class:

6th in hurries per rush
3rd in hurries per true pass set
13th in pressures per true pass set
18th in true pass set PRP (combo of sacks/hits/hurries relative to amount of rush reps)

quote:

Stewart has a 9.2% pressure rate on non-screens and RPOs.

Carter is at 20.4%
Pearce Jr. is at 18.7%

Pressures per game, notable 2025 Edge prospects:

Abdul Carter - 4.1
Mike Green - 4.5

Over the last three seasons, the only first round DE with a lower PRW% is Travon Walker (also played inside).

The only player with as few sacks is Nolan Smith (played LB)

He’s not talking about production

Gotcha. I’m talking production. Zero doubt Garrett was the best on the field every game he played and jumped off the screen.

This guy wasn’t the best player on his own dline.
