I never doubted his competitive spirit for a second. Strangely enough, they brought in Thomas on a running play because he was such a good run blocker and Latavius Murray rolled on to the back of Thomas' ankle which got the ball rolling and was the beginning of the end for Thomas.

He got hurt, and instead of dedicating so much of his life to football, he was forced to slow down and rehab. He looked around, saw that he never had to work again if he didn't want to, and that little kernel of laziness infected his mindset.

This cannot be said enough.
Jimmy Graham should send Drew a King Cake every year on Mardi Gras Day for the rest of his life.

Made his large contract due to Drew then threw him under the bus. Was satisfied getting paid without playing.

I guess you can blame everything on BLM. Along with DEI and the Green New Deal.

I was saying we should've cut this loser the year after Drew retired and he started his shenanigans

That’s what happened to the Saints not just MT

MT was a POS before Drew retired. In fact, he turned on Drew, and showed himself to be the POS that he is

True but Michael Thomas caught everything thrown at him. Very impressive. Sad he didn't have the mental fortitude to be a HOFer

Because if they keep repeating it, eventually people will stop showing them the actual facts and they will get "to be right" Hell, look at the number of posts in this thread supporting the statement that he got paid and quit vs. the number correcting them and pointing out his record breaking year came the year AFTER he signed the new deal.
