Micah is gonna going to get something like a 5 yr 200MM contract.

Ask yourself. Is that something a rebuilding team should invest in?

Yes they should. He’s 26 and better than any pass rusher you’ll potentially be able to pick in future drafts.

Kahlil Mack was traded to the Bears and the Bears had to give up two first rounders, a 3rd, and 6th round.

From the Raiders they got a 2nd and a 5th round pick I think.

Not saying it would take the same kind of haul to get him but better to leave things be for now IMO

Not saying I want to. But would I trade 2 firsts for Parsons? 1000% yes.

2 firsts and a $200MM contract? For a rebuilding team? Yall are the same loons that complain about everything and then say shite like this.

Seriously, now I’m out of this thread.

Its probably the perfect situation as your arent paying a QB that. Teams with cheap QBs will probably be his only suitors.

I wouldn't be thrilled about paying a non QB that but I can see the appeal.

Listen, by the time we actually have our franchise QB and it will be time to pay him that Parsons deal will expire or we trade him at that point.

No way. We are just now getting out of salary cap albatross. Don’t sacrifice it for him.

No, we shouldn’t. This is a move you make when you’re one or 2 pieces away from truly winning a ring. If it was just signing him to a massive deal? Yeah they should easily make it happen and could make it happen. Should they give up multiple first rounders and a player or so then sign him? That’s a very stupid move in our position!

Yes. How often to you get a chance at a likely Hall of Famer in his prime at a premium position? He changes the defense entirely.
