Great, draft a part time player in the second round instead of looking for a full time explosive player. Makes total sense.
There’s only 1 ball. No skill player gets it full time except the QB, dork.,

Shedeur or Dart or Milroe.
If KMoore wants his guy let him get him.
Shedeur or Dart, I can deal with. If we were to draft Milroe I would melt.

You’re franchise isn’t shite without a QB
The same can be true with the wrong QB.

I’d rather a bold attempt at finding your guy than drafted a G or a TE
I don't have issues with that but in reality, the difference between a bold move and an idiotic one is rarely known until a few years down the road.

I am mixed concerning Dart. If we pick him at 9, I will feel like it is another reach. Of course, I felt like the Saints made a mistake signing a short QB who had major shoulder surgery on his throwing arm and lost his starting job. I figured it was the Saints signing another washed-up QB but Brees turned out to be pretty good for us. So my opinion on these things may be more suspect than yours Les.

Mingy, if there is something more difficult in sports than scouting college QBs, Id like to know what it is.
None of us really know anything when it comes to this.
I will note that both Super Bowl QB's this year had interesting draft days. This board would have flipped out had Hurts been taken, and Mahomes was a very late riser, similar to Dart. Early Mock draft bias is a thing. Mock drafts are meaningless until March.

Maybe projecting a HS QBs college performance

Indeed and many are still worthless or nearly so even then.

There is no right time to find a qb if you don’t have one. If we’re healthier than last year and Moore is good, this could be a 8-10 win team and our draft position will be significantly worse.

Dart played on a championship or bust team with talent. Mahomes was playing with a bunch of nobodies. Big difference.

Mate, the Board’s anticipation is palpable. Might we ask for a political lean indication for each pick?

No fricking way we draft Milroe and if we do that'll be fricking retarded. Dart or Sanders I'm perfectly fine with.

I've always believed he's a solid QB. I think Cam Ward is more likely to be a bust. I just don't think we need a QB as much as the rest of the board does. I think we have several positions of greater need which this draft is more equipped to fix.

Tayson Hill was 7th amongst skill players in snaps in 2022 and 2023, but 2nd in touches each year.
now what?

quote:23 receptions and 39 rushes. LOL, Good, not great wr's have more catches and total yards than Hill combined running and receiving. So yea, draft another part time player instead of a potential starter. Brilliant idea. And BTW, it wouldn't be fair to you if I didn't include his 21 yards passing.
now what?

You can’t read
2022: 105 touches
2023: 114 touches
