I prefer taking a chance on Clemson QB Deshaun Watson and I think after 2-3 yrs of being a backup and brees teaching him, be should be a very good QB.
what I like about him is he shows he can "think" and make good decisions if the called play isn't there. that is a very very rare quality of having a brain to go through all the progressions to find the open receiver and make smart decisions "on his own" when needed.
far too many college QB can throw to one spot or one receiver only or be forced to run or throw the ball away because they aren't aware of the whole field and can find the open guy.
plus if things work out, there is a realistic "chance" he might be there when the saints pick

High character guy. Very smart. That means SP should be high on him but I dont know how he feels about a DT QB. I dont know if Ive ever heard him talk about DT QBs.
