Marshon reminded everyone today why he’s the best corner in football. The Eagles were gaining momentum and would have likely taken the lead and won the game had it not been for Latt (our offense didn’t even score in the second half). We’d also have at least 1-2 more wins had he not been out. He’s that elite.

Alontae was balling out of control while Latt was out. I really wanted to see him start across from Latt today to get a feel for what that would be like, but I get why the coaching staff made the decision to stick with Adebo (Adebo is still a young player and needs his reps just as much as Taylor). But I fully expect Alontae to win the job in camp and start by September. With two lockdown man corners, our defense next year will be elite.

Agreed sir. Put Adebo at nickel and we have something legit.

Feel like safety play have hurt our corners (and DL) this year tremendously.

Not a single "gotta make them think twice" moment.

Marshawn is only good when he's motivated or has a reason to be. He's too inconsistent. Will have a big game against a big WR then shite the bed the next week against some lower tier scrub because he's not on national TV or motivated by a big pay check. I'd trade him personally and get a shite load for him.

This team needs to rebuild ground up so time to offload all the high paid players.

Adebo would be a horrible nickel.

Any corner in the league would have made that pick 6. Lattimore did make a great play but it was a gift. The ball was thrown slightly behind Brown making it easy to pick. If the ball would have been thrown leading the receiver, it never would have been picked.

But yes, Lattimore is one of the best corners in the league.

But it was a game winning interception

Only when he wants to be. I’ve seen plenty of no name receivers beat him down over the years. Especially the white boys. Cupp and Thielen made him their bitch the times they went against him.

If Denver wants Sean Payton think we could get Surtan and a first in return for our old coach?

For the 2-3 games they both start together, maybe.

0 chance. Surtain is worth multiple 1sts by himself.

Thats every corner in the league. Ramsey has gotten abused the last few years on a handful of plays.

I don’t get why Alontae sat the bench all game long, even though he’s clearly better than Adebo. Terrible decision by DA.

he isn't a one trick pony like some on here tried to say.

My selling point on the Ceedy trade was because of what was being reported about his behavior during camp.

I didn't like then and there were points in the season where we sure could have used him.

Defense has been super tough down the stretch here though.
