Lattimore's attorney, Marcus Sidoti, said that he believes Lattimore's arrest is a "misunderstanding" that will become clearer as more information comes out.

“Mr. Lattimore, a proud Cleveland native with no prior criminal record or history, is fully cooperating with law enforcement’s investigation of this matter,” Sidoti said. “He was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped by police and was arrested without incident and was not formally charged. We believe that this was a misunderstanding and that this will become even clearer as new information becomes available and is shared with the authorities.

It's completely possible that they had a few of them in the car and they just arrested them all. Doesn't excuse him being an absolute idiot for riding for associating with people who are driving around with stolen guns.

The east side of cleveland is a shite hole, very dangerous place to be, no one goes there we just drive past it on the freeway, but that’s his hood and continues to go back.

Cuz lester knows the streets ..christ. .and no hes not gone. He ain't getting cut .he probably didnt even know it was stolen.it happens like that all the time. Especially with the people he hangs with. Most are felons I'm sure and they buy guns from people on the streets.they will get a deal for attempted possession of stolen property and I believe that's a misdemeanor, if not,they will plead guilty to something that's a misdemeanor or at worst a felony with 2 years probation. He will get a 4 game suspension. Life goes on .shite happens to people every day,Idk why this would be any different. It's better then what the kraken did

I’ve witnessed a gun purchased at a gun show come back stolen... not saying this is what happened... but that scenario isn’t rare at all... pawn shops sell stolen guns not yet in the system ... it happens
