Loomis was asked about benchmarks for this season.
"It's a little more subjective, it's not all objective," he said. "It has a lot to do with young players and how they develop, how they perform, how they improve. There's a variety of things, but I'd rather not get into the specifics of that."

He's kinda right though. Not in regards to his job but for the team overall.
The fanbase has bitched for years about a rebuild. They finally do it and we are already putting a 2nd year coach on the hot seat?
I admittedly got caught up in wanting to fire moore and he has certainly made his fair share of questionable decisions. But I dont think its that unreasonable to request patience. (Again, for the team, not for him. He probably needs to go)
