If Burrow is smart he says no thanks to Cinci. I know he is from south Ohio but the bengals will ruin his career

I’m not a fan of such power plays. But I would do that in his case.

He’d still get traded to Miami or the Chargers, but that’s way better than being in Cincinnati.

Agreed. I still think of Elway and Eli as shitheads for this.

Agreed. Cincinnati may be the biggest shite show in the NFL. Tightwad ownership that doesn't give a rats arse about winning. A fan base that's had all reasonable hope beaten out of them. A head coach that apparently sucks harder than the coach he replaced. And it's Cincinnati.

Cincy ain't trading the pick!

The Dolphins have 3 first round picks and 2 second rounders.

They pick at 1.5 behind teams not needing a QB - the Redskins, Lions, Giants

They are a great contender to trade up, and Cincy can still take Tua at 5.

2 1st, Peat, Anzalone, a 2nd next year. IDK, Hendricks?

Try to resign Teddy and convince him that Cincy isn't bad

Not near enough. I would say at a minimum 2 1st, 2 2nd, Kamara, and Armstead might get you a conversation.

The closest you will get will be to wait for Cincy to draft him, then wait 2 years for when Cincy comes to the dome.

This is likely a real Fondation of what could be just too good of an offer to turn down... Might knock off a 2nd rounder and add Marcus Williams if they want a skins on the wall young player.

They don’t even have an indoor practice facility and their weight room is in the stadium.

After last night, no GM is going to risk being known forever as the guy who passed on Burrow only to see him become the GOAT. Safest bet is to draft him. Even if he busts, no one will ever complain that he was taken at #1.

Because they have more needs than a QB

And those needs combined are still not more valuable than a franchise QB. They still have a decent amount of draft picks and cap space to fill out their team. I highly doubt they’d feel as highly and surely about any other of the possible draft picks they get could in exchange.

All our picks this year and next year, plus Kamara, Thomas, and Cam Jordan.

That might just do it.
