I like both these guys. I know Bortles he is a good guy. Both incredibly talented and been in the wrong place or had injuries. I like to think those Guys and Taysum give us a pretty nice qb room.

None of the above are capable of leading us to a Super Bowl victory in my opinion. We need to find a franchise QB as soon as possible or else the consequence will be wallowing in mediocrity for years without end.

So your answer to wallowing in mediocrity for years is to waste our 1st draft pick on a mediocre class of Q.B.'s?
What Q.B. in the draft this year is capable of taking us to the Super Bowl?

Kenny Pickett and possibly Sam Howell

Why do all you guys think you’re quarterback gurus and that all the ones in this draft are awful? You just haven’t seen them play much because they’re at schools that are not football powerhouses like Pitt and North Carolina.

Never forget Blake Bortles (and Doug Marrone) were up 10 on the Pats in the 4Q of the 2018 AFCCG

If you have multiple QB’s, you have none.

Wow, lots of down votes for a reasonable take. Bottles has more upside than Trevor IMO.

Not a bad take actually. Winston isn't a bad quarterback, and could grow into a good one if the coaches let him work with a solid receiving corps. He wasn't going to shine much with the poor group he had this season, regardless of the play calling. Hill is a solid #2 until he proves otherwise. Critics might hate his style, but the dude is a winning QB. Bortles would be a decent alternate, and a much better option than Siemian.

People saying we need to dump the whole QB room and try to swing for big stars have no clue how money works in the NFL. The Saints are stuck in cap hell for a while and need to get things done with what they have. They'll never afford big money moves nickle and diming like they have been.

get your brown paper bags ready if Bortles and Winston are the future of the Saints.

If I were The Saints, I would consider asking Ed Hargett and Bobby Scott to come out of retirement.

We riding straight to the dumpster to set it on fire or something? Cause that’s what you’ll get with these two.

People forget Winston was 5-2 with 14 TDs and 3 INTs before he was injured. Not to mention our oline was decimated during those games. He was on pace for 30 TDs and less than 10 INTs with the junior college receivers we had last year. With the defense that we have, we need an above average QB on offense that’s what Jameis provides.

I've watched Howell play quite a bit. He's not a starting NFL qb.

Definitely a choke job, but I seem to remember some ref frickery I think before half to make sure Golden Boy got a score.
