Nice try

How about admitting it was one of the stupidest non moves in history

Not to draft him in the last round

I’m pretty sure I remember him telling teams that he wasn’t going to sign with a team that drafted him on day 3. You would have been just throwing a pick in the trash.

Legit question not sure how it works but I think if you draft him in the 7th even if he doesn’t sign with you you still own his rights correct? Any other team at that point, Like cowboys, that want him have to come make a deal. If that’s true I say it’s still worth a 7th

Nope, he can sit out and enter the draft the next year. BRPD screwed him out of likely being the first OL taken in that draft.

We should have just drafted him day 2

He was never going to jail.

Yes, Collins’ agent was telling teams he would return to the draft the next year if drafted after the 3rd rd. And no team was rolling the dice on his legal issues in the top 3 rounds

I’m pretty sure everything is negotiable.

What’s the risk with the last round.

Make him say no.

It was a huge mistake.

One of the worst non moves in Saint's history was not drafting him in the 7th round.
