Kamara is obviously opposite of Mark Ingram
Ingram is the type that seems like he will have a long nfl career
Kamara seems like he will burn the candle at both ends, live flashy blowing money on gold grills and not train in the off season
That’s just my opinion on the surface

What exactly are you basing this on?

The numbers that kamara put up this year are incredible especially because he wasn’t even used in the first two games and left early in the ATL game.

How soon we forget how awesome Sproles was for us, especially 2011.

Problem is didn't his production cut in half in 2012 and SP realized that they were becoming predictable with Sproles in the game? AK is definitely a different player because of his ability to run between the guard and run through tackles.

Sproles was incredible in this offense. Not quite Kamara, but extremely efficient with his touches.

I wonder what Kamara’s numbed would look like had AP never been on this roster and has he not been taken out of the 1st Atlanta game. He’d likely be sitting at 900/900 or so

This is true, but Sproles was not even close to being as good is Kamara!
Sproles set the single season all purpose yards record. Let's not anoint Kamara just yet as better than he ever was

Based on what metric? Because he returned punts in 2011?

He's beating Sproles's best season as a rookie, and that isn't a slight on sproles

The only thing that inflates Sproles's numbers are special teams, and the kickoff game has completely changed - yet Kamara has as many TDs there as Sproles did in 2011.

Kamara has scored or gotten a first down on over 45% of his touches. That's just remarkable. He's much more capable between the tackles.

Based on he's a fricking rookie and still has a lot to learn. His numbers this year are unsustainable for an entire career. Yet you're putting him into the HoF he's good, will get better, but isn't better than Sproles "ever was" as a rookie. That's just ignorant to say

How does being a rookie change what he's already done this season? You're the one who brought up the SINGLE SEASON. Kamara has historic numbers this year.

We're comparing him, as a rookie, to Sproles's best season.

So make the argument that Sproles's 2011 season is better than this season for Kamara. It's remarkable.

Yards
1554 > 1313

Yards per Touch
7.73 > 7.59

TDs
14 > 10

First Downs
78 > 62

First Downs/TD %
45% > 41%

Catch %
81 vs 77

Ignorant huh?

Putting him in the HoF? I'm comparing Sproles's best season to Kamara's only one. I'm not comparing careers. This season for Kamara beats any from Sproles

A play that reminded me of sproles was the carry when he looked like he was down in the backfield then somehow pops out 5 yards down the field. I can't remember what quarter it was but I had seen sproles do very similar things. Look for us to comapre Kamara's rookie season to sproles best season is saying big things for this guy.

Kamara seems much more humble than mark. Rarely celebrates or anything. Idk what player you’ve been watching to get a “thug” sense from him.

How is Mark not humble? Dancing? Guess Lance Moore isn't humble.

Don't forget, Kamara jumped into the stands.

Wtf?

Kamara as a rookie has had a better season than Sproles ever had. He’s the more talented player, we don’t even know what the hell his ceiling is. Sproles had a very nice career but is probably done or very close. Kamara is damn superstar already.
