Alvin Kamara was notified before the game he would be arrested at the conclusion of the game. So he knew it was coming. He had over 7 hours after being notified to call an attorney before talking to cops

Will he plead to some lesser charge? Yes.
Will he end up paying the guy off? Absolutely.
Will he get probation? No doubt?
However, it's HIGHLY unlikely he'll do any jail time. He appeared under the influence and got into a fight, it happens. The defendant that stomped the guy 16 times will definitely receive more punishment than AK.
