Atlanta Falcons fans are understandably nervous after Julio Jones scrubbed the team from his social media accounts Monday, but the receiver reportedly didn't mean anything by it.

According to John Michaels of 92.9 The Game, the receiver just wanted a "fresh start on social media."

Per Benjamin Allbright of 104.7 Denver, Jones "isn't going anywhere" and his actions Monday had nothing to do with the team.

As Andrew Joseph of For The Win detailed, Jones made his Twitter account private, unfollowed all of his teammates and deleted all the Falcons photos on his Instagram.

Bleacher Report's Mike Freeman noted that this seemed fishy

Still he draws the same attention (as Reggie Bush did for us that allowed others to make the TDs.)

I don't disagree.

he's been nicked up his fair share of times too. To his credit he does give it ago most of the time.. I guess.

also, he had to contend with Tony G and Roddy White in his early years for targets so there is that.

that catch he made in the Super Bowl against New England should have sealed the game. Instead Atlanta found a way to lose and hilarity ensued.

Yep but part of the report seemed relevant so I posted it.

As long as he traded away from Atlanta it’s all good. Not having to face him twice a year would be a win

Unless he goes to Carolina.

I'm hearing some rumblings. Talk of the Falcons trading down to the Steelers at 28 to accumulate picks with the idea of ultimately moving up to the Jets at 3. Someone was saying Ryan and/or Jones could be involved in the big move up from 28 to 3. Where there's smoke...

Jones I could see, I seriously doubt it, but I could see it.

My Falcons hate aside, Ryan is a good QB... I'd even call him (gasp!) a Franchise QB... and he's relatively young. Why on earth would the Falcons get rid of him? To move up and draft a question mark? No way.

This is the ultimate troll. The only people saying this are Saints fans talking dirty while pleasuring themselves. Matt Ryan alone would be traded for every pick the Jets have this year and the Jets would win the trade by a mile.
