Tampa lock.

Pretty much.

Look for any veteran to hop on the Bucs bandwagon in hopes of chasing a ring

He’s probably looking to go to a contender

The corpse of Peyton Manning drug Denver to a Super Bowl with an outstanding D. No matter who the QB is next year, if they don't turn the football over, there is no reason we aren't a contender with the strength of our defense.

That defense was better than ours and it was probably an anomaly that a team with an offense that bad won a Super Bowl.

Free agents looking for a shot at a ring probably aren’t going to trust Jameis Winston to not turn the ball over.

I don't know why he would want to come to New Orleans. This team is not Super Bowl ready and probably won't be in years to come.

Hendrickson has missed 30% of his games and has 1 year of production under his belt. If you care about health and consistency ..

If we’re gonna break the bank for a Texan, I’d rather it be Watson who could lead the franchise for the next 15 years

Trey Hendrickson is tied for 2nd in edge-rusher sacks with 13, but ranks 13th in sack score because of the nature of the sacks he tallied. Hendrickson had just 3 High Quality sacks with the remaining 10 sacks being a result of excellent coverage, being unblocked, or the QB holding on to the ball for too long.

The downside is, you’re paying him big money based off one good season. But then the the question becomes, once you dig into the film, is he really that good? Of course Cam Jordan and Onymata were near the top of double team rates at their positions as well. Little food for thot

Pittsburgh to play with his 2 brothers. My guess
Or Tampa, KC, Buffalo, LA Rams, or Green Bay (he’s from Wisconsin) or another contender.

I still think we are a prime free agent destination. Drew has not exactly been a magnet the last two years. Our defense is stout.

But JJ is one to many JJs in Louisiana. May be two too many JJs.

I guess we’ll see. Emmanuel Sanders came here almost specifically to play with Brees.
I’m not saying we won’t get any desirable Free Agents, just saying it might be tougher considering the average Free Agent is probably not optimistic about Jameis at QB.

He’ll be in Tampa with Brady ring chasing or in Pittsburg to play with his brothers

J.J. Watt was a superhero on defense before injuries took their toll. Still, he remains quite a disruptive force, requiring double-teams and chipping from tight ends. As part of the Saints defensive line, Watt would be a beast again; however, his price would be prohibitive, even without the Saints’ current salary cap woes.

Guys on the backside of their careers who have had trouble staying healthy playing every snap can resurrect their effectiveness as a part time player.

Not sure his demand for money would align with that tho.

Lets Saints Talk tell it we getting everybody while keeping everybody and being 80 mil under the cap lol. We gonna have a hard time keeping the ones we got let alone getting high priced FA's. Yall may as well look away from these big names. It aint happening.
