1. He's owed 8 mil and in last year of contract.
2. He's a 3-4 DE who's 290+ pounds
3. Only got 1.5 sacks last year
4. We need a quick twitch WDE to pair with Jordan
So unless it's for like a 6th rounder, pass.

i mean had we known he was going to be this cheap prior to signing fairley, it may have been worth the gamble

You slide him out to end until passing downs and then bring on a edge specialist. I'm not saying don't take a DE in the draft.
But why not get an All Pro for 103. That can keep Rankins, Fairley fresh. A rotation of those 3? nobody could frick with that.

I would rather Pettyway or David Onyemata get some reps and work their way into the rotation. I mean Onyemeta was a 4th rounder last year. He has good size. Whats the gist on him? I know he doesnt eat up nearly the cap space Richardson would.
