If this happens, I'll be an 8/10 on the pissed meter. If he goes to Minnesota, I'm going to feel the same way I did after the Dallas game.
Seriously, if PT gets paid, he'll be making pretty close to what AH will be making. I know PT is a lot more likeable, but you still can have him for one more year while having Haynesworth for 3 years.

That's my thinking. Although the attitude concerns could be legit. We all seem to think the coaches and teams can fix any attitude, but Grant didn't seem to change much this year.

And, again, the Saints have a very valid reason to say they don't want him even if that's not the case. All signs point to their asking what he cost. That means they were absolutely willing to take on his contract for 3 years. You can't tell me that if the Skins said "a 4th" would have them willing to do it while "a 2nd" has them saying "NO CHANCE IN ALL CAPS!!!11"

I wouldn't mind a redo of the Shockey situation. We want him to come on draft day, it doesn't happen. Haynesworth makes a stink all offseason and right before training camp, we pick him up cheap. This could work.
