He’s always been a diva, so it’s really not surprising. I do wonder why they planned on going to Atlanta if they got Watson but not their hometown?

Why wouldn’t they come here? The Saints still have a championship defense. And adding Landry and Fournette to team up with Mike Thomas would be a great offense. And if Kamara is able to come back at some point late in the season then it doesn’t matter who the QB is.
Also, the NFC is significantly weaker this year. That group could easily propel the Saints into the Super Bowl.

A) LF doesn't like the Saints. That's apparent by now.
B) Ring chasers follow the QBs, because that's who gives you the best chance to win a SB. Big question mark there for us, on top of not having SP any more.
I simply don't believe we're viewed as a SB contender this year, even in a weaker NFC.

The saints aren't interested in paying fournette.
