he had a little interview this morning i believe. he talked about a bad elbow injury he played with, he wants to be an extension of D allen on the field, excited to join team, wanted to play with a great QB, he's going to be an instant leader on the team, locker room influence we need, quality physical player in the middle, will help Anthony grow in the NFL. I'm sold. I think he can most definitely have that vilma like presence for our D next 3 years.

i've begun to see what the saints saw in him, his role with his team, he talked about a bad elbow injury last year which hindered him, his toughness and seldom he misses the field, yeah, i got to know a lot more about our new mike.

I see why production went down last year. Playing hurt and in the interview he said he wasn't able to extend his arm to take on blocks. He had to use his shoulder. Huge disadvantage. I think he will return to form and be a good addition for us.

He had a torn UCL in his elbow all year. That's what forces pitchers to get Tommy John surgery. Tough injury.

I liked when poo poo Broussard called him Laryngitis on that YouTube video before lsu played them for title.

I'll forever know him as Laryngitis, LINK

except that we already had ellerby, kikaha, and anthony who both will be great.. and then we decide to get THREE LBs when that was the position that we really didn't need.. I guess all the passing yards that QBs throw over our awful defense will continue to happen... We needed at least one other CB and then the rest of our trades should have been focused on our DLs because we couldn't get to the QB whatsoever. Cameron Jordan needed SOME help..

we partly had ellerbe last year, hopefully we get all of him this year. Weakside.

kikaha- end, no touching LB position in a 4-3 any longer.

anthony- sam

One thing is for sure, he has great taste in fashion and should fit in here seamlessly

So he had his worst year last year. He's a bad run defender and bad pass rusher but a good pass coverage guy?

Works for me.
