It was already known when we signed him he had a dui pending from his time with the jets and would eventually serve a suspension for it.
If you read the actual report on it they say it's from the 2021 dui.

Yeah you are abusing a substance when you get a dui dumbass. This suspension has been looming since before we signed him. Right before week one I believe he reached a plea deal so it was coming soon
