Vilma4prez reporting from the "frozen tundra".

It's snowing, beautiful and cold.. but not that bad if you've ever gone duck hunting.

The GB fans are very friendly and taught me about the essentials : layer, cheese and beef sticks in bloody Mary's, wisconsin old fashioneds are with brandy, and it's important to have pocket cheeses for the 4th quarter.

I shall update with tailgating rituals..

Something about that sounds nasty. Like, butterscotch from your pocket without a wrapper- nasty.

Sounds like you are not actually here(sounds like tourist talk) but welcome if you are actually in Titletown.

Enjoy!

A lot at stake for the Saints. Need a loss to secure better draft pick.

You forgot the Spotted Cows and cheese curds. Lambeau is an awesome venue. Amazing to walk out of a blue collar neighborhood and onto the grounds.

Yeah,
I’ve lived in wisky for almost 25 years…and the times ive been to Lambeau for Saints/LSU have always been great experiences.

Growing up in Louisiana there were always parallels from Louisiana/Wisconsin

They love sports
Love having a good time
And they are not pretentious

Just my 2 cents

Well.. i am a tourist. First time up here...

So far , so good.
Just sat down at Stadium View Bar. Quick bite and some warmth.

These packer fans drink a ton of red bull.

Head back that way after the game. It’ll be a party.

It’s pretty mild in Wisconsin. Temps are above average for this time of year. I was wearing a long sleeve shirt and a sweatshirt all day outside…so it’s nowhere near a bone chilling cold like we will have this winter.

A pocket cheese is probably an individually wrapped piece of string cheese or some other type of cheese. They are given away at high school sporting events, parades, etc. We pack one or two in my kid’s school lunch every day.

I went to our collapse at Lambeau last year. Best opposing fans I have ever experienced. Great people. Not one person said anything negative. Only compliments.

Had an overall great time.

Met some packer fans that brought us to a few tailgates, titletown (ice skating, sledding, and some dudes making ice sculptures), lambeau hall of fame, etc..

Got to the seats and they were great. Although, they aren't really sectioned off.. so two extremely large people on other side didn't budge much.. so standing it was..

Once the 3rd quarter was halfway through we hit up 1919 (in stadium restaurant and bar) had some shitty drinks but it was a cool atmosphere.

After the game it was an easy bus ride back to hotel..

There were a few Saints fans but not much.. some Packer fans took pictures with me just because they didn't think we would travel. 98% of the Packer fans were fantastic. Just making sure we had a great time.

Highly recommend the trip next time Saints play in Lambeau.

Pocket Cheese = individually wrapped cheese sticks or baybel type cheeses.

I wish the LSU/Wisconsin series was at Madison and BR instead of Houston and Green Bay. Those tailgates would have been epic
