Is it possible Carr is the problem, not Carmichael?

How many times is Carr going to throw to nobody? Is Jake Haener active yet?

You can’t tell me Winston or Taysom are worse than this, try something different

Heck I’m not even sure anymore. It may very well be a Carr problem. Damn I had high hopes this year At 50 I should know better

It’s a Carmichael problem. Andy Dalton actually looks better in Carolina

Why do we have to pick one?

Pete sucked before Carr, Carr sucked before coming here

We should be questioning the morons that thought this pairing had a chance of succeeding

It’s both. Cart should be benched right now, for the remainder of this game but not necessarily be permanent. Carmichael needs to be fired before breakfast tomorrow.

One of those situations where both answers are correct. But you’re essentially married to Carr’s salary for a few years. Pack it in, play for draft position, get a rookie QB on a rookie deal, roll w Carr until the rookie is ready, and you should have your starter on an affordable deal w 3-4 years as a starter while you fix the rest of the cap

Well since Carr is on the hook for $100M we have to make Carmichael the problem. If Carr also sucks next year with a new OC we will hopefully be able to cut bait and move on with Haener or someone else.

Allen sucks but this defense is still good. Handover the offense to a competent OC and we might have a shot

So you think the play call is swing the ball to Kamara
Dump the ball to kamara
Check down to Kamara.
Carr has zero ability to throw the ball in between the hashes. He only throws sideline routes

Carmichael is a bum, but Carr is worse

Dalton looked fine the first half of last season too. NFL defenses are great at spotting and exploiting tendencies. They’ve clearly figured out Carmichaels offense and know exactly how to attack it.

From week 9 last season to tonight, the offense is averaging like 15 PPG.
