I mean what has the guy Won? 1 Super Bowl (at home). He racked up some bs records playing in a shite Division. I don’t get it. The guy looks like the Gingerbread man out there.

Huh?
He's not the goat, but he's one of the best to ever play the game. Top 5-10. Put him in the same group as Peyton.

Did we win a Super Bowl in New Orleans that I don't even remember? SWEET!

You’re way higher than a mile, troll.

no, but sean payton is the most overrated offensive coordinator

He is. Got a bunch of empty calorie records and a flukey Super Bowl. I'll give him some credit for dealing with shitty defense his entire career but that's about it.

NFC south has been competitive over the past decade.

Curious observation but it seems like when the playoffs roll around, Brees gets tinier.
More balls batted down, INTs, fumbles, tc.
Playoffs tend to produce elite D-lines and Brees never has seemed to fare too well with elite D-lines and pressure in his face.
Week 16, Panthers GOAT...playoff pressure against the best teams in the NFL and he gets tiny...gameplan is a bunch of swing passes to the RB or dump offs all wide.
Nothing deep that isn't picked except by a QB named Hill.
Brees might be the GOAT regular season QB but it always seems like his size gets him in the playoffs against the best D-lines.
It's weird, nobody questions his height as he stat-mongers against the Bucs but every playoff it seems like he suddenly loses inches and is Doug Flutie. There were some passes that he lobbed just to get over the DE...and the screen pass fell incomplete.
Taking so much time, like he couldn't see the field...every pass downfield seemed like an eternity and an arduous task....everything else was dink and dunk and predictable.
Honestly, Saints probably win the game if they just keep Hill in the game. Dome was behind him, he was acting like nobody could stop him. Sometimes, you have to let the feel of the game affect your decision-making to win in the playoffs. And that's why Payton isn't as awesome as people make him out to be.

Definitely not the G0AT. In plays in a modern era two hand touch, don’t hit the quarterback; no defense, through the ball 40+ times a year ; dome football league. I’ve said it before, he is no Johnny Unitas.
But he did help the Saints win its first Super Bowl, though most credit goes to our head coach , and he is a millionaire . IMO...

Would you be saying that if we had a defense for most of his years here?? Would 2 or 3 SB’s change your mind??? Did he give up the miracle in Minny? Did he fail to throw the flag last year? Did he lose the lead twice inside of 5 mins in San Fran 2011? Did he play on the O-line who didn’t show up in 3 of our 4 losses this year?? Is Troy Aikman better than Brees? He is in the hall of fame because his TEAM was great and had 4 SB victories. Look what our TEAM did when Drew was out this year. Defense played lights out including Teddy during that stretch. Drew helped our team score 46 on San Fran this year. Did Drew give up 48 ???

I do think Hill would have found a way to finish that drive with a touchdown. No one was stopping him yesterday.
