Olave is better than the 25th best #1 Wr in the NFL.
Shaheed is better than the 30th # 2 in the NFL.
The rest are toss up, you dudes need to stop listening to all the talking heads.

We will be a MUCH better offense this year.

This offensive line is terrible and there are very few offensive weapons to speak of. Not to mention the bad play calling last year. With that being said, anyone with two eye balls in their head could tell you that Derek Carr is not a good quarterback. There’s a decade of evidence

Granted, I'm not the biggest Carr fan. But have to wonder what chance he has had to put up big numbers. Saints' o-line is below average, if not bottom 5 this season.
Where would you rank the Saints' pass catchers in team rankings?
I would think:
WR1: 25th
WR2: 30th
WR3-5: 32nd
TE: 25th
RB: 10th
I can't imagine any QB could put good numbers in Carr's position.
You didn't even touch on the biggest problem the offense has.

Drew Brees is a once in a lifetime player. And the offensive line is the most important part of a successful football team Besides quarterback. If it's dominant it opens up everything. If it's horrendous, It's almost impossible to be good on offense

They want chicken salad and he’s got chicken shite to work with

They gave Carr all that money and then gave him trash to work with.
Saints have the worst WR Room in the NFL.
If Kamara doesn’t step up and have a career year, it’s gonna be ugly. The rest of the RB’s are a waste.
TE’s are lean too

That we signed because no other teams doctor would sign off on at the time. To expect Loomis and company to get the lightning in a bottle twice with Brees and Payton for a bottom feeder franchise in unrealistic.
We have to lower our expectations to just being happy to be in the club.
