-traded a ton for Bryce Young
-included only offensive weapon DJ Moore in trade
-Bryce Young sucks
-currently 0-5
-no shot at Caleb Williams because you traded that pick

Sad state of affairs in Charlotte

How saints fans felt last year, aside from not giving up a top weapon…

Should have taken Shroud.

But Young needs more time. And his supporting cast is trash.

Shoot, we were never close to the worst team in the league though

I wasn’t high on either qb. Can’t trust any OSU QBs and I like Young but he’s to small.
I’d probably have taken Young also over Stroud if I had to choose.

Think the owner wanted Young and Reich wanted Stroud. Gonna be awkward if it continues to play out like it has.

I told everyone that he wasn't a #1 pick. The LSU game showed how garbage he was. I just didn't understand the thinking on that one. The two best qbs in that draft were Will Levis and Hendon Hooker.

people bitch about our front office, but the Panthers have been a loser since David Tepper took over.

they are 29-57 with zero playoff appearances under his watch.

They can recoup some of it by possible trading Bryce and opting to go with Caleb or selling the pick to the highest bidder

It’s not ideal but it’s not hopeless

Reich looks fricking clueless though, so that’s not good

meanwhile Atlanta is picking the Saints pocket where they can.

Terry Fontenot as an executive.

Neilsen as a DC which he took a few players off the Saints roster.

I wouldn’t have mortgaged the future for either, but Stroud was a far better pro prospect than Young, imo

No one is giving up the top overall pick for Bryce Young. Carolina can not possibly get Caleb.

Reich was the one that wanted young. He was sold after meeting with him

Tepper is one of those owners that I’m the surface you think will be great but insists on constantly meddling and not deferring to his football people

A few short years ago people were shitting their pants because they had a new owner with deep pockets and one of the best young coaches in the league…Rhule falls on his face, then they go all in on a prospect that was anything but a can’t miss because the owner is overly aggressive

Chicago going to be absolutely stocked. They can take the qb they want and trade the other pick to a team looking for a qb as well, and can probably get something for the last two years of fields rookie deal from some sucker team.

Agreed, but giving up a top 10 pick hurt…

Every year teams reach for these QBs. They will never learn.

Gave up too much and Young needs a better supporting case on OL for him to be successful, gonna be hard but there’s always FA
