I don’t recall, even if they move I’m still a Saints fan and believe like Sean Payton the league will look more favorable on us in a better and bigger market.
Some peoples fandom with the Saints is tied to NOLA. Many fans fly in from all over to go to the games. San Antonio is just as easy to get to; if you think about it what does there location matter?

There should be a 30 for 30 documentary done on Rita LeBlanc’s time as “owner in waiting” for the Saints franchise but it will never be done as they wouldn’t want a bad look at what was a potential female sports owner as that doesn’t fit their agenda.

Not saying she’s great, but look at the state of the franchises with Gayle. Both are bottom 5 in their leagues with little hope for a turnaround.
I’d like to think Rita would be beyond coke and scissoring today if she was in charge. Plenty of NFL owners have shot up and participate in deviant sex acts. You can’t eliminate on that criteria, we’ve had POTUS or close to that office do worse.

You truly believe that if the NEW ORLEANS Saints moved to San Antonio folks from New Orleans would still be fans of the team? Do you remember the "love" Baltimore felt for the Colts when they packed up and moved to Indianapolis or the "love" St. Louis Cardinals fans had when the team bolted for Arizona?

I don’t care about how loved The Saints owner is by staff or the brownies she bakes for the office. Rita would do none of this, but it’s hard to argue both franchises would be in malaise living in the bottom 5 of both leagues.
It’s amazing how many here defend the incompetence of Gayle Benson because she’s one of us.
