I heard it the other day. The guy builds a straw man and then proceeds to destroy it. He builds it while discussing the Patriot game and then slides it over to the Saints game.
His arguments don’t stand up in the context of what actually matters to win a football game.

Cowherd's right - because Gregg Williams (who he praised the other day) installed a bounty system 8 fricking years ago our receivers should get the fricking piss knocked out of them on every play

This is why I've never cared for Cowherd. He is a smart guy but he's intellectually dishonest. He erects straw men, which he pummels with self-righteous fervor, while seldom addressing the point actually being made by those opposed to him. I just don't have much use for that.
