Talk is cheap lets see him back it up. Sorry but i am not impressed by a guy locking up the third best WR on a college team.

The amazing thing is how he totally fooled highly paid professionals when the experienced and knowledgeable brain trust on this board clearly knows better.

you do realize that, in reality, you're not making any significant point while you continue to bring jenkins up, right?

Actually you aren't making any significant point.

Paid professionals make shitty decisions all the time. In the NFL Draft they're called busts.

well the same way people are confident in our small-school/athletic OL, i'm worried about a DB evaluation

the biggest issue is value regardless. he's going to need to be a regular ed reed

True enough. But I doubt there's anyone on this board more adept at spotting a bust or a great pick than the lowliest scout on the Saints' staff.

FS is likely his most natural position, but he's real small for FS. i'm curious to see what he can do

the vast majority of his big plays at LSU were not "DB" plays

bobby hebert last night was something like this

"this guy is questionable, in college he had a total of 5 picks, FIVE! I don't understand how you can say he has ball skills when he only has five for his college career!"

He will most likely play multiple positions. His Flexibility will keep him on the field. I don't see him fixed to a position.

He was too busy covering slot receivers for the so-called Texas "defense".

you dont use the 15th pick in the draft on a guy that will be kinda good at multiple positions. you use it on aguy that will be great at one position.

Kenny Vaccaro is what you would get if you took brandon taylor and put him on an incredibly shitty defense that played against inferior athletes, and then made him a a-hole that constantly headhunted and went for big hits, routinely taking piss poor angles as a result. yet because BT played on one of the best defenses of the decade he goes in the third, and KV played on an 11 man abortion of a defense he's somehow now a superstar

eta: BT was a better athlete, a better tackler, better against the run. He never had to cover much or match up man to man because we actually have corners that can do that at LSU.
