Such a embarrassing beta move to start Dalton. How did it come to this? He was barely adequate in his prime at Cincinnati and has been discarded by two more teams since then. He threw two pick sixes last week and somehow wins the starting job for the Saints.

Does anyone think Dalton can lead us on a playoff run, even in our crap division? What’s the point now? If Dalton is going to be our starter, it’s time for a fire sale of every decent asset we’ve got. God help me, I’d have more self respect as a Saints if we were rolling with Taysom. I knew I was going to miss Drew when he retired, but sheesh, this is really, really bad.

No, but a lot of people don't believe in Winston either. I think Winston is the better QB and gives us more upside but I don't make personnel decisions. Hill is by far our worst QB. He's fine as a gadget player but should never start in the NFL

We are scoring like 35 per game since he's been starting. What's that, 2x what Jameis was doing? We aren't losing games due to the offense.

Um, those two pick sixes are why we lost lost week. That’s on the offense.

put Dalton up against Tampa with four fractured vertebrae and see what the result is. Their defense was unbelievable to start the season.

For the record, he should not have played those 2 games after getting hurt.

I don't think many at all here "believe" any of the 3 QB's will get us to the playoffs today. But stop the TO's and penalties would be a start on that road.

The defense gave up 28 to an Arizona team that scored NINE versus the Seahawks.

That team didn't have Hopkins. Geez man it's like you're incapable of applying context

Um, the 1st pick 6 went through the receivers hands and bounced off of his facemask. He was hit right before releasing the ball on the 2nd pick 6. You see it in the endzone replay.

Context? I'm sorry you want to focus on two throws and ignore that our defense went from top 5 to bottom 5 and that's the biggest reason we are losing games.

They’re writing the season off. No one believes the plan is to move forward with AD as the starter. They’re admitting the Winston experiment is over and we are in rebuild mode

Not even a little bit. Healthy Winston is our best shot, even if it’s a long one.

Still on the offense. And maybe after something like that the QB should be a little bit extra careful from a ball security standpoint.

What’s funny is that you didn’t feel the same way about Winston.

Really though what does it matter? We can start Lutz at QB and it wouldn’t matter at this point.

Dalton has done nothing. Taysom beat Seattle, Dalton fumbled vs Minny, choked against Cincy and interceptionathon vs cards. Jameis is poo too but at least he won a game for us

I know he isn't flashy but he has been one of the most productive QB's in the league this year with a walking wounded roster? I love the upside of Winston but I can't blame DA for going with Dalton looking at his last chance to be a NFL head coach.
