Being the tough schedule, injury at LB's, suspensions at LB's, coaching staff suspension, Loomis Suspension, this that and the whole nine yards.
1 vs Washington
2 @ Carolina
3 vs Kansas City
4 @ Green Bay
5 vs San Diego
6 BYE WEEK
7 @ Tampa Bay

4-2 at the very worst IMO. More likely 5-1 with a down to the wire loss at GB

5-1 - I think Greenbay might nip us again, but we should be good for the rest of them.

I'll say 4-2. I think getting out of that stretch with 4 wins is pretty reasonable. Denver, Eagles, and Falcons await us after those games.

1 vs Washington W- Saints set the tone for the season in front of the home crowd. RGIII gets the same 'welcome' to the NFL that Matt Stafford got.

2 @ Carolina W - Cam and company don't scare me. Not after seeing what we did to them in the season finale last year.

3 vs Kansas City W - nowhere near enough offensive firepower to keep up.

4 @ Green Bay L - Give the devil his due, GB is good. I give us a 50-50 shot of winning this one, but for the sake of discussion, I predict a loss

5 vs San Diego W - Brees and Sproles light it up against their former team.

6 BYE WEEK

7 @ Tampa Bay L - We seem to split with these guys more often than not, so my bet is on each team winning at home.

4-2 through week 7

If this is accurate, which I have 5-1 with a loss to Panthers or Bucs (not both), then dropping the Denver but taking the next two would be 7-2 after 10 weeks, which is great, but 8-1 isn't out of the question.

ETA: What a run-on...yikes.

I'd take 14 wins if the 2 losses were the Falcons. Home field baby.

New Orleans Saints After First 6 Games

1 vs Washington - RG3 is in for a rude awakening with this game. Just too much excitement around the opener, and the team will want to make a statement. This is where the Us vs the World thing begins. Will probably be a blowout. W

2 @ Carolina - Could see this as a trap game, but I think this will be a win in a really close game. W

3 vs Kansas City - Dome is one of , if not the toughest, places to play in the league. Brees will tear up this defense forcing them to play catchup with no true passing game. W

4 @ Green Bay - Toughest match up of the season, and plays out pretty similar to the season opener last year. Down to the wire, and high scoring. Green Bay by a field goal. L

5 vs San Diego - Brees and Sproles playing their former team, and both will go off. Drew breaks the Unitas record. It's a primetime game in the dome, I can't give the Chargers much of a chance. W

6 BYE WEEK

7 @ Tampa Bay[/quote] - If not for the bye week I'd put this as a loss in a trap game. I think there might be some early struggles, but the rest will end up showing and they pull away late. Defense makes a big mark this game. W

5-1

Lose to KC at home.

Sounds unlikely, but the Saints sometimes slip up when you least expect it.

They are not losing at home bro...

If it was @ KC, then maybe. Look at the divisional games away. They are always tough. @ Denver, @ Green Bay (which I don't think they will lose) @Dallas (they always play the Saints tough).

These are the hardest games on the schedule. Add in the 9ers and Eagles at home, but I still think they win both.
