TAA is in a weird spot because he is amazing at playing pin point perfect passes to set up the offense, but he plays RB and is not a great defender. He isn’t a midfielder so where do you play him?
Hard not to watch Bournemouth play and not get a little excited about the prospect of Iraola.
I mean, if he goes, I’ll be onboard with the new coach. I just think there is more wrong with this team than just the coach. If he doesn’t make UCL then I don’t think he survives.
Why is it just Slot that’s taking the heat? This team is short handed and limping across the finish line. There are so many issues that have been discussed that have derailed the season. It’s not his fault that Isak has been a disappointment (hopefully he is at full fitness next season). Not his fault Ekitike tore his achilles. Not his fault #8 slipped and gifted their second goal after we equalized and had the momentum. Not his fault that Wirtz has been sick or Salah got hurt. Maybe his fault for playing Gakpo so much, but it’s not like he has many options up front. Not his fault Bradley and Leoni went down and impacted the defense where senior players are now playing out of position. Not to mention not having your #1 GK for large portions of the year.

I’m not blaming this guy, one season after running away with a PL title, for the full shite of this season. He is a better manager than this season has shown.

I’m a big City and Leeds cheerleader this week to hopefully keep Liverpool in the UCL next season.

It has been a horrible year by any measure. Tough to start the year with such promise and then have the season fall apart as it has. It’s a down time for the club, but next year they get healthy and go again.

This season sucks. Hopefully they make UCL for next year.
Bournemouth doesn’t play City today, but I understand your point.

I agree that it is highly unlikely that Liverpool miss out, but we have been anything but consistent in the league this year.

City are likely to beat Bournemouth next week, but I also thought they would roll Everton last week and they tied at the death.

After everything that has gone down this season, I won’t feel confident about making UCL until we have statistically done it.
I agree with all of this.

But if they miss out on UCL, I think the fans will force the issue to have Slot sacked.
There are approximately 25 million SFR homes in America. Institutional investors own around 500 thousand. 2% of the overall capacity of homes in America is not the root cause of people not being able to purchase homes.

The language in the bill was written by Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, and their friends. It’s weird because both sides (dem/rep) agree that it is an issue that needs to be addressed, but it feels more like a political maneuver to collect mid term votes.

They’ll pass whatever form of law and then housing will still be unattainable for many because of inflation and other factors.
Keep us posted on the results.
Which player in the middle of the pitch is soft? Who goes this summer?
I think he’s off, but I have no faith we get 3 points.
Agree. Chelsea have already had a few opportunities. It’s hard to feel confident that Liverpool won’t concede at least one.
