Never hear another word about Saints hating LSU players....

lol You can't trade Coleman who you just signed.

They want Coleman for a different purpose anyway. They should compliment each other.

I wanted Graham but not at the price tag. IMO, Honey Badger is a way better player and need at this point.

There’s gonna be a bidding war of epic proportions

Hope the hometown factor plus the fact that we’re contenders can help us close it out

Newly released #AZCardinals CB Tyrann Mathieu messaged me: "I'm ready for the new challenge! Ready to take my spot as top DB. Fresh starts are good!"

Coleman > Bell
Mathieu > Vaccaro

We need a ball hawking tasmanian devil who could play anywhere. Signing Coleman didn't solve all of our problems.

No but it did give us a third safety. I can’t imagine we pay huge money on a fourth.

it'd be more like our first. Vaccaro out. Williams and Bell and cheap contracts. Banjo cut saves close to 2 mill.

Would Williams play the slot or would HB?

Williams is about as natural a free safety as you can get in a young player.

We need a guy who can cover the slot. Something HB is good at

From 2016-2017, Mathieu played 612 coverage snaps in the slot, and was targeted 92 times. Allowed 70 catches, 742 yards, 4 TDs & 2 INTs. 104.5 QB rating, per PFF.

For reference, Alex Smith led the league in QB rating at 104.7

Pretty sure Williams expected to start and he should.

For reference, we need to see the average Qb rating for attempts to the slot etc

Not saying those are good stats for Matthieu, but I know for a fact it is easier for qbs to complete passes to the slot, so we need a reference point
