Look what happened to the Pelicans last season after going to Greenbrier.

From what I’ve been able to gather, the #Saints training camp was/will not be affected by the historic flooding in White Sulphur Springs, WV

I like them going away to a coller place to practice.
The nfl season is brutal enough. No need to practice in the heat and humidity for training camp.

I know, right? Poor guys out there making millions shouldn't have to suffer in the heat.

It's not about suffering dude. The heat will flat arse wear them out. I know for a fact it's harder to execute a long practice and be mentally focused during a hot arse practice.
Just seems like common sense to me. Plus the players go away and are away from friends and family and can focus more on team issues.

Same here.
They will be in the heat soon enough.
Perhaps better players and coaching is the main ingredient for a successful camp.

Good elevators too.

Just joking around. I wish we still had that spot in Cali.

Good, bring it back to Millsaps in the heat and humidity where it all started.

If the Saints go back to Jackson then they should move training camp to Madison Central or Clinton high school. Both of those schools have better facilities than Millsaps and are not in the heart of Jafrica which makes the ghettos of NOLA look safe.

I hope everyone is alright and makes it out with good health in the floods.

That being said, I hope the floods frick greenbriar up. All that soft and dry air is making us drop like flies when we face some real competition.

I hate that that happened to the people of WV. I don't wish that on anyone. At the same time, if it means our boys hold ALL training camp in Metairie and we get to make it to a practice or two, then I'm happy.
