He will be the hot commodity next year if they have another strong year on offense. He’s done more with Goff than McVay could.

If they manage to play next season like they did the second half of this year, the Lions will be a playoff team and quite possibly even a division champ. Assuming the offense is similar, this guy will be a very hot commodity.

Lots of coaches get overrated based on landing some lucky players that can execute. Most at this level have a found system or plan of what to do but it is hard to find a coach that has a system better than his players.
