NFL owners DO NOT LOSE $....the TV contracts alone assure each franchise 10's of millions of yearly profits. Season tickets/concessions/parking and state-local 'contributions' are just the gravy !

This is very true….. I stand corrected.
HOWEVER….
1) Saints with an empty Superdome doesnt exactly encourage corporations to buy Stadium Suites… big revenue.
2) Crappy Teams don’t exactly encourage sponsorship from corporations… big $.
3) Crappy Teams with little stadium attendance doesn’t exactly help the Team when it asks the state of louisiana for millions of dollars as a fee to stay in city of Nawlins.
Crappy Teams cannot maximize full profit potential
HOWEVER….
